迈信林拟8.9亿元采购算力服务器设备

迈信林公告称，公司与A公司签署《设备采购合同》，约定向A公司采购算力服务器相关设备，合同总金额约8.9亿元（含税），产品可分批交货，最晚不迟于2026年9月底前完成全部货物交付。据36氪报道，公司表示，此次采购有利于保障进一步拓展算力租赁服务、提升算力业务板块盈利能力，但公司尚未正式签署设备相关租赁协议，存在租赁业务进展不及预期等风险。
