Maxnerva said it has signed an equipment procurement contract with Company A to purchase computing server-related equipment worth about RMB 890 million (tax included), according to 36Kr. The products will be delivered in batches, with all deliveries to be completed no later than September 30, 2026. The company said the purchase is intended to support its expansion in computing power leasing services and improve profitability in its computing business segment, but noted it has not yet formally signed related leasing agreements and faces risks that leasing progress may fall short of expectations.
