新加坡国际商业法庭就 TerraUSD（UST）崩盘引发的投资者诈骗案作出第二批次（second tranche）判决。
据 Foresight News 报道，据彭博社报道，法院裁定加密公司 Terraform Labs 及创始人 Do Kwon 存在欺诈行为，并向 275 名原告中的 40 名作出赔偿，相关原告合计获赔逾 300 万美元。
法院在裁定赔偿金额时，部分依据原告各自持有 UST 的数量及持有时间段计算。
