A bill in South Korea’s National Assembly would include virtual assets in income calculations used to determine eligibility for the country’s basic pension.
According to NS3.AI, Representative Seo Young-seok said on June 29 that he proposed a partial amendment to the Basic Pension Act.
The proposal would also apply to certain overseas financial assets.
