据 Foresight News 报道，该文件根据 Rule 15Ga-2 要求，提供由 KPMG 及 Visionet Systems 出具的第三方尽调报告（包括 Agreed-Upon Procedures Report 等），为即将发行的资产支持证券（ABS）做准备。
此外，此交易也是 Figure 2026 年第 10 单 HELOC（住房净值信贷额度）资产支持证券交易。
