U.S. Senator Cynthia Lummis said the United States will have the CLARITY Act, pointing to other jurisdictions that have already established cryptocurrency regulatory frameworks.
According to Foresight News, Lummis wrote on social media that Europe, the United Kingdom, and the United Arab Emirates have all put crypto regulatory frameworks in place, and said the U.S. will also have the CLARITY Act.
