RWA tokenization has become the best performing sector in May, outpacing the growth of giants such as ETH and BTC.
According to data from Artemis Terminal, a cryptocurrency analysis platform, tokens in the RWA tokenization space have seen a 61.98% growth in the past month. This average percentage growth rate surpasses Ethereum's 26.1% and Bitcoin's 14%.
Tokens in the Bitcoin ecosystem outperformed BTC itself, with an average growth rate of 22.2%. This was closely followed by native assets on centralized exchanges, with a performance score of 12.8%. Meanwhile, meme-based tokens grew by only 7% in the past month.
