Yalong River Basin Hydropower Development Co., Ltd. increased its registered capital to RMB 54.7 billion from RMB 50.7 billion in a recent corporate filing, according to 36Kr. The company was established in March 1995 and is legally represented by Sun Wenliang. Its business scope includes development, construction, and operation of hydropower stations in the Yalong River basin, as well as related services such as consulting and property management for the hydropower industry, plus wind and solar power generation. The company is jointly owned by SDIC Power and Sichuan Investment Energy.
