多家银行理财参与首批商业不动产REITs

据证券时报报道，近日首批商业不动产证券投资基金（REITs）在上交所集体挂牌上市，标志着中国公募REITs市场从基础设施拓展至商业不动产。仅隔数日，监管集中批复第二批6单封闭式商业不动产REITs，覆盖京沪深及大湾区商圈；工银理财、中邮理财等多家理财公司相继宣布参与首批商业不动产REITs投资。
