奥地利促欧盟研究在欧洲落地Anthropic

奥地利数字化国务秘书亚历山大·普勒尔（Alexander Pröll）致函欧盟委员会，建议成员国探讨在欧盟内“战略性建立并参与”Anthropic，以避免欧洲被前沿AI突破切断。据 BeInCrypto 报道，美国商务部6月12日以国家安全为由对Anthropic最强模型发布出口管制指令，禁止任何外国人访问Claude Fable 5和Claude Mythos 5，Anthropic随后在全球下线两款模型，Claude Opus 4.8仍可用；6月26日美方对100多家受信任美国机构放宽限制，但Fable 5仍受限。
