据 NS3 报道，该有条件批准与Ripple在卢森堡的EMI牌照配套，并处于7月1日获得完整MiCA授权截止日前。
Ripple仍需证明其卢森堡实体具备开展支付、托管、转账及稳定币服务的能力。
