A U.S. permanent representative to the United Nations said U.S. actions will continue as needed to destroy infrastructure Iran uses to control the Strait of Hormuz.
According to Odaily, the representative said Iran would be mistaken if it believes U.S. President Donald Trump would stand by while Iran attacks shipping and U.S. bases.
The representative added that Iran must choose either to act as a responsible country or continue on what was described as a path toward destruction.
