西班牙证券市场委员会（CNMV）表示，不会延长欧盟 MiCA 监管过渡期，未取得 CASP 牌照的加密平台须在 2026 年 7 月 1 日后停止相关业务。
据Odaily星球日报报道，监管要求这些平台仅可进行资产转移与账户关闭，并妥善处理客户资金迁移。CNMV称将严格执行该规则，并与欧盟监管框架保持一致；新规实施后，仅持牌机构可在欧盟提供交易、托管等加密服务。
