美国联邦调查局（FBI）敦促OneCoin加密货币诈骗受害者在2026年6月30日截止日前申请政府赔偿，目前仍有逾4000万美元被没收资产可供分配。据 BeInCrypto 报道，美国司法部（DOJ）已于4月13日启动remission索赔流程，符合条件的投资者可通过onecoinremission.com在线、邮寄或邮件提交申请。
OneCoin于2014年在保加利亚索非亚推出，联合创始人Ruja Ignatova与Karl Sebastian Greenwood通过多层级营销吸引投资者，受害者全球损失逾40亿美元；Greenwood于2023年9月被判20年监禁并被责令没收3亿美元，Ignatova自2017年起在逃并列入FBI十大通缉名单。DOJ同时警告，任何收取申请费用的第三方可能为二次诈骗，提交申请亦不保证获得赔偿。
