Kyle Samani指责Hyperliquid误导“无许可”属性

新加坡金融管理局(MAS)6月26日将Hyperliquid列入投资者警示名单(IAL)后,投资者兼企业家Kyle Samani指责该平台在“无许可(permissionless)”属性上误导公众。据 BeInCrypto 报道,MAS称IAL用于提示居民可能误以为相关实体获许可或授权,名单本身不构成禁令或执法;Hyperliquid回应称从未宣称获MAS许可,用户保持自托管、交易链上透明结算,网络未发生变化。Samani认为真正无许可至少需开源且验证者全球分布,并称Hyperliquid Foundation可无理由“关押”并移除验证者、强制升级;该网络目前仅24个活跃验证者,计划扩至27,节点仓库提供签名二进制而非完整源码,团队称待HyperCore功能完成后再开源。
