More vessels are seeking permission from Iran to pass through the Strait of Hormuz after warning shots were fired at an unauthorized ship, Iranian state television reported.
According to Jin10, the report said the warning shots were fired after a vessel attempted to transit without authorization, prompting additional ships to request Iranian approval to proceed through the waterway.
