上半年24家A股公司赴港发H股募资超1200亿港元

据证券时报报道，2026年6月26日，领益智造、圣邦股份、芯碁微装三家A股企业同步登陆港交所主板，成为2026年上半年A+H上市潮的收官之作。Wind统计显示，上半年共有24家A股上市公司成功发行H股，合计募资规模突破1200亿港元，创历史同期新高；今年港股首发募资前十大IPO中，A+H企业占8席。
