多家券商6月披露回购注销进展

据界面新闻报道，进入6月，浙商证券（601878.SH）、国金证券（600109.SH）、红塔证券（601236.SH）等密集披露回购进展。6月24日浙商证券公告拟注销回购A股38,781,600股并减少注册资本；国金证券6月11日披露回购报告书，拟在董事会审议通过之日起3个月内以不超13元/股回购，金额1.5亿元至3亿元。红塔证券披露截至2026年5月31日累计回购2,355.40万股，占总股本0.499%。
