According to Odaily, Serenity said he opened his first position in Cerebras around $170 after seeing the news, below the company’s $185 IPO price.
Serenity said he views the development as validation of Cerebras’ technical capabilities. He added that compared with profitable companies such as Jabil, Cerebras’ valuation appears high, but he believes its relationship with OpenAI could support a valuation premium as long as OpenAI remains an industry leader.
