Africa Centres for Disease Control and Prevention Director General Jean Kaseya called for more funding from Western governments to help contain an Ebola outbreak as cases rise in the Democratic Republic of Congo and Uganda, according to Bloomberg.
Kaseya said closing borders would not stop the virus from spreading.
