据 ChainCatcher 报道，据港媒明报报道，香港立法会议员简慧敏透露，《2026 年税务（修订）（自动交换资料）条例草案》上周获得立法会通过，加密资产申报框架（CARF）条例草案已进入审议阶段。
简慧敏表示，2018 至 2025 年间港府累计追回的税款及罚款已超过 1 亿港元，预计未来将有额外约 8000 家财务机构须强制登记。
