Metaplanet签署股份转让协议，拟以21亿日元收购Siiibo Securities。 据 NS3 报道，该股份转让预计于7月13日完成，Siiibo预计在8月下旬成为Metaplanet的全资子公司。Metaplanet表示，交易完成后Siiibo可能更名为Metaplanet Securities。
