Metaplanet signed a share-transfer agreement to acquire Siiibo Securities for JPY 2.1 billion, with the share transfer expected on July 13. According to NS3.AI, Siiibo is expected to become a wholly owned subsidiary in late August.
Metaplanet said the acquired firm may be renamed Metaplanet Securities after the transaction closes.
