Morgan Stanley estimated that AMD’s EPYC Venice processor shipments would total 6.75 million units in 2027, about 17% higher than Nvidia’s Vera processors at 5.75 million units.
According to Jin10, the investment bank said in a research note that the gap implies AMD’s EPYC Venice volumes would exceed Nvidia’s Vera by roughly 1.0 million units.
On the foundry side, Morgan Stanley also forecast that TSMC’s CoWoS advanced packaging capacity would rise to 200,000 wafers per month in 2027. The report added that Nvidia would remain TSMC’s largest customer for advanced packaging.
