Galaxy’s head of research said he has again reduced his estimated probability that the CLARITY Act will pass in 2026, citing a shortened legislative calendar and increased competition for floor time from other matters. According to Odaily, he said he still expects a vote to take place in July and hopes the bill will receive 60 votes of support.
He added that the outcome remains unclear.
