Thailand has issued an arrest warrant for Wang Yicheng over allegations of laundering billions of dollars through illegal cryptocurrency mining.
According to NS3.AI, blockchain analytics firm TRM Labs reported that a wallet linked to Wang Yicheng received at least $9.1 million between 2021 and 2022.
Thailand’s Special Investigation Department said U.S. law enforcement confirmed Wang Yicheng’s involvement in a digital asset fraud case.
