华灿光电拟投9.7亿元建显示项目

华灿光电公告称，公司拟与张家港经开区管委会签署投资协议，投资建设“新型高端显示项目”，计划总投资约9.7亿元。据36氪报道，公司拟与悦丰科创共同设立合资公司苏州京东方晶芯科技有限公司，注册资本7亿元，其中华灿光电出资4.9亿元、持股70%，悦丰科创出资2.1亿元、持股30%；公司称本次投资不构成关联交易及重大资产重组。
