China Integrated Circuit Industry Investment Fund Co., Ltd. (the “Big Fund”) reduced its stake in Semiconductor Manufacturing International Corp (0981) to 6.8% after selling 9 million shares on June 23 at an average price of HK$79.7, according to Ming Pao.
The disclosure showed the fund’s shareholding fell from 6.91% to 6.8% following the transaction.
