JAN3 CEO Samson Mow表示，Strategy应与BSTR立即执行一笔OTC交易。
据Odaily星球日报报道，BSTR可向Strategy支付15亿美元，帮助后者将现金储备提高到29亿美元；BSTR则可在原有的30021枚BTC持仓基础上增持25000枚，以55021枚的总持仓量升至比特币财库公司排行榜第二位。
BSTR全称为Bitcoin Standard Treasury Company，由密码学家、Blockstream联合创始人Adam Back创建，该公司正在融资以继续增持BTC。
