Shares of German satellite maker OHB SE fell after the company completed a €789 million re-IPO, Bloomberg reported.

Executives from OHB and KKR & Co. rang the opening bell at the Frankfurt Stock Exchange on Friday following the share sale, which was aimed at increasing investors’ access to the space company.
