据界面新闻报道，扬杰科技（300373.SZ）发布价格调整通知函，宣布自2026年7月1日起全系列产品价格上调10%至15%，新价格将随出货执行；公司称正与客户分别沟通，最终落地预计谈到三季度。
扬杰科技披露，2025年营收71.3亿元、净利润12.59亿元；2026年一季度营收21.3亿元、净利润3.85亿元。公司还将2023年发行GDR规划的两个越南募投项目结项，剩余1.25亿美元（约8.49亿元）募集资金转投国内“车规级功率半导体模块封装项目”和“AI基础设施用功率器件生产线技术改造项目”。
