国泰航空回应吴尊行李延误

据界面新闻报道，国泰航空就演员吴尊反映“行李延误、等三天未果”致歉称，行李延误由联程航班接驳及后续转机所致。国泰航空表示，该旅客原计划由墨尔本经香港飞往巴黎，因首段航班延误改经曼彻斯特转接其他航司，行李按流程交由后续航司转运；行李抵达曼彻斯特后因当地衔接转运问题未能及时装载，目前已成功追踪到行李，将与旅客及相关航司协调尽快送达。
