SpaceX旗下星链（Starlink）宣布，在委内瑞拉6月24日强震后向受灾最严重地区新老用户提供免费服务，期限至7月25日，并加速部署卫星终端以恢复通信。据 BeInCrypto 报道，亚拉奎州两次7.2级与7.5级地震相隔39秒，已致近188人死亡、逾1500人受伤；加拉加斯、拉瓜伊拉、卡拉沃沃和米兰达等地出现建筑倒塌、停电及机场和通信设施中断。
