Base co-founder Jesse Pollak said the network outage has been traced to its root cause and fixed, adding that user funds remained safe and were not affected.
According to Odaily, Pollak wrote on X that on-chain downtime is unacceptable and that Base will publish a full post-incident report.
Pollak also said Base plans to continue improving platform stability and reliability, with the goal of supporting global 24/7 financial activity.
He added that after tokenized stocks go live on Base, the network will also offer lending functionality.
