DeFi 开发团队 Bluewater 完成对 Sui 生态借贷协议 Suilend 的收购，并同步收购其生态产品 STEAMM 和 SpringSui。据 Foresight News 报道，收购完成后，Suilend 将继续作为独立平台运营，保留自身品牌、产品方向和基础设施；Bluefin 联合创始人 Zabi 将出任 Suilend 首席执行官。
过渡期间官方将采取渐进且安全优先的策略，用户无需进行任何操作，现有仓位和协议功能将保持正常运行。Suilend 与 Bluefin 将维持独立品牌和法律结构，但未来会在交易、借贷、抵押品和流动性等方面进行整合。
此次收购不包含 SEND 代币，SEND 将通过单独的清算流程向持有人进行分配。
