Dexterous-Hand Developer Linjiedian Raises Nearly RMB1 Billion, Reaches $1 Billion Valuation

Linjiedian, a dexterous-hand developer spun off from Zhiyuan Robotics, has completed a financing round of nearly RMB1 billion and has joined the ranks of unicorns with a $1 billion valuation, according to 36Kr. The company said it reached the $1 billion valuation in about five months after becoming independent, and has completed four funding rounds during that period. Investors include Baidu, BlueRun Ventures, and Hillhouse Capital.
