Sharplink received 5,000 ETH from FalconX about six hours earlier, according to on-chain analyst Yu Jin. According to Odaily, the transfer marked Sharplink’s first increase in its ETH position in eight months.
Sharplink currently holds 876,000 ETH. The report said the company’s average cost basis is $3,609 per ETH, with an unrealized loss of $1.789 billion, representing a 56% decline.
On June 23, Bitmine, Sharplink, and Joseph Lubin jointly established an Ethereum nonprofit organization called Ethlabs. The report said Ethlabs was formed to replace some functions of the Ethereum Foundation.
