SK Hynix is considering issuing American depositary receipts (ADRs) in the United States to raise nearly $30 billion.
According to Jin10, analysts said the plan is supported by SK Hynix’s leading position in high-bandwidth memory (HBM) and the high liquidity of U.S. equities.
Analysts added that SK Hynix’s valuation could move closer to that of Micron Technology, and said the company’s domestic share price has potential upside of about 30%.
