Kwoon Chung Bus Holdings (0306) reported a 90.6% year-on-year surge in profit attributable to shareholders to HK$242 million for the year ended March 31, according to Ming Pao.
The company said the increase was driven by a significant rise in revenue from its franchised bus operations, including New Lantao Bus, as well as its non-franchised bus business.
It declared a final dividend of HK$0.10 per share, up 1.5 times from a year earlier.
