友和（2347）公布，截至今年3月底止全年净利润及收益总额1675.2万元，同比下跌约18%；收入同比跌约2.3%至7.37亿元。据明报报道，期内毛利下跌约1%至1.17亿元，每股盈利同比下跌约17%至3.41仙；建议派发末期股息每股1.5仙，与上年持平。
