Bitcoin briefly dipped below $60,000, prompting Dave Portnoy to claim the cryptocurrency looked like it was going to $0, a view rejected by Jack Mallers.
According to NS3.AI, Mallers responded by pointing to 13 years of repeated predictions that Bitcoin would fail.
Mallers also said Bitcoin has grown to more than $1 trillion in market capitalization, arguing that the asset’s long-term trajectory contradicts claims that it is headed to zero after a temporary decline.
