Tornado Cash developer Alex Pertsev is set to speak at Dutch Blockchain Week in Amsterdam, according to a post from Ethereum’s X account.
According to Foresight News, Pertsev’s planned talk will focus on whether developers of decentralized software systems should be held responsible for criminal acts committed by their users.
The report said Pertsev has been granted bail while awaiting an appeal for a retrial, but he is not allowed to leave the Netherlands.
