TrendForce: Nvidia Targets Q3 2026 Stocking for 800V HVDC Power Rack Option

Nvidia is actively developing its own 800V HVDC Power Rack solution and aims to complete stocking in the third quarter of 2026, offering it as an optional configuration for customers that need it for the Vera Rubin platform rather than as standard equipment, according to 36Kr citing TrendForce. Based on rack-level power design, TrendForce said Nvidia’s 800V Power Rack is expected to see broader adoption starting with the Rubin Ultra series in the second half of 2027, with large-scale adoption currently estimated to occur in 2028.
