港交所（0388）旗下联交所就利时集团（0526）、公司6名前董事及1名前公司秘书发出纪律行动声明，并予以谴责。据明报报道，港交所指出，2021年4月至2024年6月逾38个月期间，利时集团旗下公司新江厦先后向宁波利时作出333笔资金转移。
港交所称，上述资金转移构成31宗须予披露及关联交易，以及191宗主要及关联交易（包括两笔给予某实体的贷款）。
