香港证监会公布，高等法院原讼法庭于6月11日向证监会颁发针对已除牌的LET Group Holdings Limited（LET）（前上市编号1383）及旗下凯升控股（前上市编号0102）主席、执行董事兼控股股东卢衍溢的资产全球性强制令，据明报报道，
法庭亦根据Chabra管辖权，针对卢衍溢作为唯一股东兼董事的Major Success Group Ltd的资产颁发全球性强制令。
