C臻宝在互动平台表示，公司主营硅、石英、碳化硅、氧化铝陶瓷等半导体设备零部件，产品可用于集成电路等离子体刻蚀、薄膜沉积工艺设备，适配存储、逻辑芯片先进制造产线。据36氪报道，公司海外客户拓展方面已实现对海力士等外资晶圆厂商稳定批量供货，并与美光半导体等国际厂商建立业务合作关系，但尚未形成规模化销售。
