African payments platform Daya has raised $2.4 million in a pre-seed funding round led by Hivemind. According to Foresight News, the round also included participation from Lattice, Alliance, Huashang Venture Capital, and Aptos.
The company said the funds will be used to build a financial operations layer for cross-border remittances for users in Africa.
