TRON marked the eighth anniversary of its “Independence Day,” reporting that its total accounts have surpassed 380 million and total transactions have exceeded 14.5 billion.
According to Foresight News, TRON said that since its mainnet launched in 2018, the network’s scale and influence have expanded and it has developed into a community-governed DAO.
TRON reported that total transfer volume has exceeded $270 trillion. In the stablecoin sector, it said TRC20-USDT issuance has surpassed 89.3 billion tokens, with more than 74.63 million holding accounts.
TRON also said its official brand character, “Bo Niu,” completed an upgrade on June 23. The updated version retains the existing brand foundation while adding more expressive features and broader scenario adaptability, and it is being presented with a new identity described as TRON’s “Chief Good Luck Officer.”
