据 Foresight News 报道，推迟原因与 CEPO 披露的私募配售事项有关。
据 SEC 文件显示，CEPO 发布 424B3 招股书兼代理声明，推进与 BSTR 的业务合并交易；其股东大会原定于 6 月 26 日举行，届时股东将投票决定是否批准该交易。
合并完成后，新公司预计在纳斯达克以 BSTR 代码上市。
