据新浪财经报道，花旗银行在完成美联储年度压力测试后，计划将普通股季度股息上调12%，由每股0.60美元增至0.67美元；媒体此前预期为每股0.63美元。该行此前已公告于第二季度启动一项总额300亿美元、分多年实施的普通股回购计划。
